John has 41 years of mortgage experience and been involved in over 11,000 transactions. John has focused mortgage lending expertise in senior management, sales and operations with Financial Institutions, Corporate Relocation and Affinity partners nationwide. For the last twenty-five years, John has been recognized as an industry expert, assisting Financial Institutions nationwide to increase their mortgage lending production. John’s role at Capital Mortgage Funding is as Director, Institutional Lending, assisting Credit Union’s and Community Bank’s nationwide on an outsource basis to expand production by being able to offer a complete mortgage solution.
A graduate of the University of Denver, John and his wife Kim reside in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. John enjoys traveling and golf. He is the father of Robin (Michael) and Daniel(Gili) as well as his bonus children Ben and Max. John is also a very proud Grand Father to Elliot Arthur and Avi.
