Bobby has been in the Banking, Lending and Financial Industries for nearly 25 years. He holds multiple roles at Capital Mortgage Funding/Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation.
As Vice President of Business Development, Bobby works closely with the company founders, Harry Glanz and Dan Burke, implementing new marketing and business growth initiatives. He is instrumental with the company’s corporate and industry groups, developing business plans to identify appropriate opportunities. He also contributes to the company’s strategic planning and communicating, its vision across the country is integral to his role, along with assisting mortgage bankers to build their personal brands and highlight their respective expertise in target markets and beyond.
More recently, Bobby has also taken on the responsibility of talent acquisition. He believes that “The continual growth and development of our team is paramount to our present and future success. Finding the right team members for both the front and back of the house is an arduous process but well worth the effort.”
Bobby also oversees CMF’s highly touted internal marketing department where our Marketing Director, Lynnette Ricketts has spearheaded the use of the most current technology and continues to stay on the forefront of the most appropriate marketing strategies from print to digital and from in person to virtual methods.
He brings a combination of high energy, enthusiasm, experience and relationships that has enhanced Capital Mortgage Funding’s overall profile and branding.
He especially focuses on the following markets and industries: Automotive, Manufacturing, Non-profits, Law Practices, CPA firms, Health Systems, Unions, Real Estate Firms, Veterans, Builders and more.
Mr. Efros is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan and resides in West Bloomfield with his wife Gail, son Benji and Dalmatian Leo. He is actively involved in other local community, charitable and business organizations in the Detroit area. He truly believes that the more people you see – the more people you can help.
